Does anyone know if I can install the game on multiple computers with only one serial ( like it was with SOASE ) and if it is possible can play a lan game with a friend that installed the game with the same serial? Thanks a lot.

If you go into the Rebellion folder, you will see the EULA - it has the information that you require, titled eula_rebellion.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sins of a solar empire rebellion
