Multiplayer Desyncs - any word on fixing them?

Just wondering if we can get a word on the dev's on the multiplayer desync issue. Our group tracks games very closely via vent over the internet and every game so far (we have tried dozens of times over the past few weeks) desyncs within the first 10 minutes - ie ship activity, system ownership, battles are out of sync. Pure lan games don't seem to be affected.

Seriously, ya. If you are getting desyncs, send in the goddam info.  If you dont, i get to blame you YOU for the problems that plague sins. >:(

I play this game a lot with my friend and when I host he gets dropped the same way.  his units will just sit there after about 10 mins into a game.  If he host, we have no issues.  hes the only one that this happens too.  The only thing I can figure out is that hes got a a port forwarding issue going on in his area. when I host games with my other friend, we never have issues.  only he does.  that is the weird part about it.  Has to be his router.  You might want to look at that too.
