since the start of the game, the subjugator don't auto cast this skill but auto cast supression. Yes, it would be good to change it.
Wrong, the ability has always autocast. It just behaved like a drunken sailor.
The ability was changed with Rebellion to remove the synchronized target behavior that made it suck.
The ability autocasts now, but only in combat. It works, I've tested it. It won't autocast when it's not in combat though.
