Pre-ordered game, but not appearing in "My Games".

Wasn't 100% sure where to put this. I pre-ordered Rebellion just a few minutes ago. My card was charged the price of the game, but no email was sent to me, and the game isn't appearing under "My Games" on Game Stop/Impulse (Which ever it is now, heh). Anyone know what may have caused this?

If you preordered from GameStop, you would need to contact their support department about any purchase/delivery issues. If you preordered from the Stardock store, you'll find your Steam redemption key on the My Downloads page of the store website.
