Sins Rebellion checkout problem

I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion from the Stardock store to apply my discount, i then checked out and got a message saying that an email will be sent to me in 1 business day with proof of purchase and what not.

I then went to my downloads on the Stardock website and saw no code (i'm assuming it will show up in a day) and i look at my cart and it still has the game in it. So what i'm wondering is, did the payment go through?

EDIT- I just checked my order history for my Stardock account and there is nothing there...

Contact [email protected] to confirm before attempting to repurchase. Sometimes orders get held up for manual review due to anti-fraud checks.

I also have ran into a problem similar to this. I was trying to get the discount when purchasing at stardock but I couldn't get through for some reason. Then I tried Steam and it looks like they ripped me off of my money because now 39.99 is missing from my card. Can I at least get a refund if i cant get the game???

Just had the same problem with Trinity. So i emptied my basket, emailed them to cancel the order and placed the order through steam with no problems.

it was slightly cheaper through steam also.
