Feel so dumb ... how do I install the Beta 2?

Hi everyone. So I pre-ordered, have been playing the beta, but now I want to download the Beta 2 and I'm not sure how to do that through Steam. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

It should do it automatically. If not right click on SOASE Rebellion Beta, then properties > Updates > and set it too automatic updating, then it will download by itself. (if not, try what I said then restart Steam.)

Steam auto-installs updates. Run the game and see if you can pick an Advent faction. If you can, you already have it.

It tells me that the game is up to date. I have it set to automatically update the files. When I try to start the game though it tells me something along the lines of "this game is unavailable, try again later."

Did you restart steam? I saw another post about a guy who was having a similar problem.

Try Verifying the integrity of game cache. Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.

Okay, thanks ya'll. I had to change the update setting from 'always...' to 'never...' and then back again to 'always..." Must have been a bug in my copy of steam. Imagine that.

You can also uninstall the Rebellion beta and reinstall it. It then downloads the whole thing and the update.
