Hey, I'd like to add that this has also happened to me multiple times. It seems to happen after playing / leaving the game running for three hours on the same match. Just throwing my two cents in there (while I still have them, since where getting rid of them in Canada). Also wondering if there's a fix to this, as I haven't been able to finish a full match yet due to this.

Same thing keeps happening to me as well, after a few hours of gameplay.

Me and 4 other friends who got the game have the exact same thing, at first it was me crashing every few hours and we would have to load from an auto save as we couldn't load from a player made save (wouldn't be able to join it). But now everyone is crashing after a couple of hours or so, Is slightly game breaking considering we cant keep saving with manual saves and just load from those.

Hope there will be a fix very soon, or at least a dev saying "yeh we are fixing that as we speak", loving the game but when you have to go back 10-20 minutes every couple of hours you lose out on your teching etc and it starts to get frustrating. Have looked for a fix but have had no luck.

Really? Well that's not good. Hopefully we got your crash dumps via Steam, so we'll check into them.

but my crashes are in SP i never tryed MP yet since it kills my gamefun .. after 2hours evrytime...

i started this game 3 times since i buyed it .. (well yes is not much) and have a max gameing time of 6hours it crash after 2h evry time ...

and well it seems be a bug by stardock games, since its not only sins that crash for me after 2h ..

i have the same problem in elemental: war of magic too .. after 2h crash i never finished any game till now and that SUX ... (i planed buy fallen enchantress too but when i have already this probs in 2 stardock games, there is a big chance that nr 3 gets it too ..)

so plz get a fix for all ur stardock games

got 2 today already while i was in a good multi game  [e digicons]>[/e]

galciv works fine, trinity too, and all my other games too just only these 2 crashes after 2hours ...

so isnt realy my system fault since 2 of installed ca 50 games crashes (i know i play too much ^^)

even games whit higher requirements then rebellion never crash ..

I got the same problem with runtime error after approx. 2 hours of gaming. A bit sad. It seems like many people got this problem. In multiplayer, i am yet to see a game without drops.

We believe this error occurs when your video card runs out of texture memory. The final release of Rebellion optimizes memory use further, so hopefully it won't continue to occur. 

Dont mean to bring up a old thread, but this was the top match on google.

I have not played this game since beta as I had this run time error.

Now after release I have have this error twice within a 3hour session with a friend.

I do not beleive this is a video card memory texture error as I am running a GTX580 1.5gb so plenty of that to go around.

This is indeed very frustrating.

On a sie not, I found out what made the game desync in MP, Close Teamviewer

I have acctually looking at it noticed this too.. it happens about 2mins before a Auto Save.

It only ever happens to me in multiplayer, I have a single player game that ran for over 4hours, yet in multiplayer we are dead on 4hours now and I have crashed out about 4 times so far.
