[Beta 2 Bug?] Friendly do not send envoys and do not seem build a Frigates or Cruisers very much.

I had fun playing this game! but problem unlike old sin of solar empire, Freindly do not send a envoy even I did ask them to a offer mission often but never happan, and I rare see a.i build a frigates or cruisers, they only build Capital ship and  Titans for war fleet, I wonder if frigate or cruiser useless? I don't know, of coures I did taken them with small number, not large number with capital ship and titan. I'm sure 40 bomber is still useful. LOL, but anyway, here is my report to ironclad. I'm playing a "hard" level a.i, 5 ai. But I had fun playing capital ship and Titan but I couldn't build lot of frigate or cruiser due limited suppy fleet. I wonder...
