So this bug happened to my level 4 Advent Loyalist Titan in a game near the end. I had him hotkeyed so I could still select him and see it on the UI but the screen just showed his location as space somewhere without the ship actually visible. It was right after jumping into the enemy capital planet's grav well with a large end game fleet. I didn't save the game though. If it would help to send the recording, are they saved as a temp file like in the Cache folder at all? It's still the last game played.
