For my gamplay i have tested with both titans simply sat on home planet rushed titans and with both of them in seperate game on my custom map i can only pick two upgrades from the pick instead of three which we get then when my titan levels i only get two pointS to use WTF
Do you mean you can only pick 2 upgrades when the titan is finished? That's all you're supposed to get, plus another 2 every level up.
Its called strategy. You have to choose the right upgrades for your Titan.
Or you can do it like I do and max the ability's and go 2/2/2 or 1/1/4 in the passive stats upgrades dependng on what titan it is.
Well it works for me anyway 
But i have three upgrade point originally and it gives me three on the TEC and lets me use them.....
All Titans get two ability points when they are first built, and another two for every level they gain. A Titan at level 10 has 20 ability points, no more and no less than that.
then i can get screenshot of me having three ability points kk i will be back, bu thinestly i thought it was three whenever i used TEC it was three
That is definately a bug. It should always be 2 not 3.
Same here, I have never once seen where you get three points to spend on upgrades. someone is very mistaken in their memory. I think you need to go back and play the TEC again. Ill guarantee you right now that you only get two points to spend.
okay i have the picture idk how to get on the forum but i found that it only shows three when i build the new capital ship and then titan doesnt if i build only titan or other cap ship and titan but i swear that when i used tec i would max everything out with the point thats why i was freaking out
