Ships not visible

Beta 2

I was playing a game of Rebellion Beta 2 when I had a couple of battleships and a flagship at a planet and my human apponent had a simlar configuration there.

I could only see his flagship which I destroyed and he could only see my flagship which he destroyed.

Game announed to him that I was dead.

I could still see my flagship & battleships after this and could carry on playing.
