Game speed way too fast

So this is for Rebellion 0.75 mainly.  A friend and I were playing a game one night and all was well but we needed to sleep so we saved it.  We started the game up again and noticed that the game speed was super fast.  Not just movement speed, everything.  Wherever you would see a clock, the game was going far faster then just seconds.  Every speed setting in the game setup was at normal.

If it was just this saved game that was corrupt or something I wouldn't complain.  The problem is that any game that he or I try to host and play together ends up having this problem.  It doesn't matter who hosts it.  Single player seems to obey my wishes, no problems there. 

Anyone else run into this problem?  Anyone know where I can begin to troubleshoot this issue?  I already tried clearing the /My Games/Ironclad/Sins stuff.

 

Also, if anyone knows if there is an official bug reporting tool, I will gladly do that too.  I haven't found one.

Its an issue in multiplayer when there's lag. It tends to fix itself eventually but it is annoying.

I just played a 40 minute game that said I had been playing for 2 hours 15 minutes. The game was going at warp speed the entire game. It made it unplayable in fights. Caps were dropping in SECONDS and entire planets were going down from 3000 to 0 in 20 seconds or so.

Just unplayable.

ya, this is kinda a wierd thing.

 

Definatly doesnt make the game unplayable, but definatly makes it feel like you are playing on 2x speed.

Happened to my friend and I last night.  Felt like I was playing Zizzo's Challenge at Turbo x5 ( http://gprime.net/game.php/zizzochallenge ).  No way to get it back to normal.
