Multiple Conflicting Victory Conditions

What happens in a game where Occupation Victory is turned on and either or both Capital Planet Victory and/or Flagship Victory is turned on?  Let's suppose that Player A owns the occupation planet and is waiting for the timer to count down to victory.  However, in the meantime Player A's capital planet is bombed out or his flagship is destroyed, resulting in instant defeat for Player A, but he still owns the occupation planet.  What happens a few minutes later when the occupation victory time is met?  Does Player A win the game?  Does everyone including Player A lose the game (game ends, no winner)?  Or does the occupation victory timer stop and the occupation planet reverts to the equivalent of the occupation planet being owned and guarded by Player A's ghost units and structures?

Player A would lose control of their fleet and planets. They will not move. I do not know if they fight back if attacked though. Player A is kicked out of the game and it continues.

Technically, Player A would control the planet, but he cannot win once 'defeated'.

Ima fairly sure everyone gets a loss on their record.

i think its also kinda a bug.

In your scenario, Player A is defeated before the Occupation timer expires. As soon as he loses, his faction essentially becomes neutral and he can't win. Another player would end up fighting his remaining forces at the artifact planet and colonizing it to win (i.e., your last part).
