Capture ALL the worlds!!

All planets are now considered artifact planets.

I don't know if this is happening for everyone, but my coronata titan can't capture any planets. They all say that they are artifact worlds, even measly asteroids. The only planet that doesn't say that is the capital planet, which give the "you can't target cap planets with this" text like it should.

Is this happening for other people as well?

Is there another empire occupying the planet that you are trying to steal? If not, then the skill is working as intended. If you are indeed using the ALT's ultimate ability on enemy worlds, and it is in fact not working, then this is indeed a bug.

I can confirm this too. I got the same thing last night when trying to cap an ice planet next to an AI's homeworld. It was a choke so I wanted it disabled right away but no go.
