That could mean that provided you had the money, you could simply spam Orkies all day long and make a fleet of them. An entire fleet of them while you let your phase missiles do the talking... That would be... So insanely powerful. Yes, The Maw will shred fleets, but jumping Orkies... Now that's a painful prospect for an enemy.
A maxed Orky is a dreadful thing to behold with four around a star being nigh invincible as they can kill off pretty much any amount of Orgovs simply because their DPS is so high, so I can only imagine what would happen if you had a fleet of 10 of these monsters. Not only that, but you would also probably have your titan and your various capitals with you as well, meaning that a late-game Vasari Rebel fleet is likely to be pretty much unkillable. Let's see what upgrades you'd want...

If you decided to completely leave planets behind, then you'd probably want to upgrade the population as well to get tax money, but still... An entire fleet of those coming at you... That would be scary.
