Can't open ICO Multiplayer, sins version too old?

i was in a game with a friend just now. We crashed, the update installed. But not when we click in ICO to start a new game it says our version is too old. I verified the game files, restarted steam. same error. help?

In case you don't know, 0.90 is out. You have to start rebellion and it will download automatically. its working fine now.
