Unable to register Sins

I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, but I can't find any way to contact Ironclad or Stardock from the Sins website to deal with this particular issue. Every time I click the link to register my copy of Sins Trinity to get the discount for Rebellion, it leads to a 500 Internal Server Error.

I'm also having a problem with the forums. The password field in the "My Account" options on these boards is too short for me to actually input my Stardock password, so I'm unable to change my account name.
