It would be nice if the mouse over info displayed current effects (good or bad) and duration etc.
Also I love putting it in cinematic mode but I also want the mouse over effect. I would like to either customize the cinematic mode or have mouse over effect on it. I do not want to have to hit ctrl to get such info. It is critical info (HP etc) so I feel as though I am holding ctrl and mousing over.... Why not just have the info pop up on mouse over even in cinematic?
