Problem with mine detection, halcyon carrier, and infrequent autocasting

Some problems I have noticed while playing:

I have noticed a problem with mine detection for both TEC and Advent. Whenever I tried to use the scout ships to reveal enemy mines, the mines remained phased out. Just to be certain, I parked my scouts near mines a long time to see if they are revealed, but they did not do so.

Also, when I was playing as Advent, the Telekinetic Push of the Halcyon Carrier didn't seem to work. I tried it multiple times with both strikecraft, but it didn't seem to work.

One last thing I want to bring to attention is the infrequency of autocasting. Maybe it is only me, but the support cruisers for both factions seem to autocast their attributes rather infrequently. As a result, I have to individually cast them so that my fleet doesn't get decimated.

Did anyone else encounter these problems?

Mine's are a known problem, the common approach seems to just bulldoze your titan through them.

Same with TK Push.

But with autocasting, are you sure they have enough antimatter to cast?

No, he's right. The auto casting isn't going off.

This isn't a big problem for us humans, but does cause a serious problem for the AI.

In beta 2b the auto-casting fired all the time for no reason. Now in 2c auto-casting for some weapons seems to not fire at all... I think the dev's are still trying to get auto-casting to work perfectly.

But I still found Iconus autocasting Extend Shield at every second possible in beta 2c, even it was sitting at the edge of the grav well and leaving my whole fleet struggling with the enemy titan.

Yep same with me. In the end, I just turned autocasting off for Iconus, and turned it on again during a battle. A little annoying, but hopefully they will fix it.

Ive noticed the same for autocasting. In a game as the TEC the other day, my command cruisers seemed to have no trouble firing off the Embolden ability but my Hoshikos just sat there looking stupid. There was plenty of repairing to be done but they weren't autocasting the repair ability or the demo bots ability for that matter. After a while they did begin to auto cast it but would ignore certain ships for some reason. For example, I had a Kol that was at about 2/3 health (This is after the battle was over) that was completely ignored by the 8 Hoshikos with me at the time. They were repairing other things and had AM as I was in my own culture and had the first 2 levels of the culture techs researched. There is definitely something screwy with autocasts for some ships.
