Rebel Titan bug

When you set the Rebel Titan to hold position or Local Area, it stops firing at strike craft. If you then set it again to gravity well, it will resume firing at strikecraft.

Reproducable: Every time.

Actually I noticed this behavior sometimes in diplomacy, so its not just titans.
