Ugh, my saved game file only lasted 28 minutes. Delete this thread please, someone.
Frystar, yeah your Replay game file was weird/bad. (I downloaded it before you deleted this). But it is potentially a bug, that should be submitted.
Did the replay play correctly for you, for 28 minutes? Because I saw some very odd replay behavior. It never showed your ships moving away from your homeworld, yet it continued showing structures being built there, as well as research being done. Even research being completed when you didn't have the appropriate labs!
I'm curious if you are seeing the same results, or if the file was corrupted somehow in the download process?
(P.S. Yes, you build too much static defense, defense can't leave the grav well, fleet can).
Yes, it played very strangely.
I built the static defenses because I was so far from my teammates and was getting gangbanged by two layers and pirates. Couldn't be in three places at once:). Managed to breakout once I got my Titan:)
The game crashed twice for me, and I was the host. I sent out the dump files, but could not see what triggered the crash, maybe it was the recording...
Anyway we reloaded the game a second time after about 28 minutes, so it could be that reloaded games don't record correctly.
Ah, crack keeps you entertained and broke for much more than 151 hours.
LOL you guys, talking about game time, just made me realize this game existed before WAY before trinity.... so many hours wasted argghhh.
I remember that update they created where pirates where invincible after 5 or 6 raids.... good times.
No, hun, I've put in 151 hours in REBELLION.
I didn't put this much time into all the other expansions combined.
