Okay this is really breaking my game. I like to use fleets when playing instead of manually forming control groups of different ship types. The problem now that I didn't have in diplomacy is when I have my Ragnarov titan in the fleet as a flagship should be the hoshinkos in my group stay behind and chill with the titan while the forward frigates get annihilated and the regular cap ships sit between the forward frigates and titan with no repair support... Is there any way for fleets set to attack to stick closer together??? Or possibly have the hoshinkos range for finding which ships to assist increased? I set fleet cohesion to tight and it still doesn't fix it...
