Cant download Sins, or the entrenchment expack i just bought.

Last night i bought entrenchment for sins of a solar empire. Ive spent three hours last night tryn to get it to download. I have the gamestop pc app but its not showing up, it just tells me to log into my impulse acount and download it. But When i do i dont see anything from stardock. I tryd downloading the Stardock centrel, and nothing, cant download anything with that. so some one please tell me what im doing wrong? Or how to get my product i payed for please.

Rebellion is only available through Steam.  

 

View the sticky thread in the Rebellion section of this forum on how to install it.

The Rebellion expansion is not what i bought. I bought entrenchment from stardock, and i cant download it.

Are you sure about that? All of the links on the Sins website and Stardock Store for Entrenchment and Diplomacy route to GameStop/Impulse. You also need to have previously bought or registered the base game with Impulse, or with us prior to a year ago, in order for it to appear there.

Double check whether the purchase receipt says it is from Stardock or GameStop/Impulse. If the former, contact [email protected], if the latter, contact [email protected].

I know for a fact that it was bought form StarDock.com. it gives me a link to gamestop/impulse PC app, but does not give me the option to get my content. Ive already contacted StarDock support, but at this point no word. And yes ive checkd many times to make sure, on both sites. Ive spent a total of six hours trying to fix this to no avail.
