TEC-Ships in Phase-Jump arriving too soon to asteroid - [Rebellion]

Sins of a Solar Empire - Rebellion

After playing TEC for ten minutes (after the new updates) I found a bug related to the Phase-Jump.

Side: TEC Loyalists

Map: Random Large Galaxy

Concerned Ships: 4 Cobalt Light Frigate, 2 Arcova Scout Frigate, 1 Marza Class Dreadnought

Travel-route: [Asteroid gravity well]  ==> [Asteroid gravity well].

Bug: These concerned ships arrives too soon at the Asteroid gravity well. The result is that they have to travel the remaining part of the journey using their normal engines, which goes very, very slow. In other words - the Phase Jump engines on these ships stops too soon.

My colony-ship, however, is NOT affected by the bug.

Instead, it can do the whole Phase-Jump without problem and arriving normally, but the concerned ships arrive far away.

Here is a screen-dump which gives a good idea of how far away the concerned ships are from the gravity-well when their normal gravity-well engines kick in:

A second screen-dump showing where the colony-ship arrives after Phase Jump, in relation to the other ships after the same Phase Jump:

This picture below gives a better explanation for the bug.

When I click on the transportation-icon for one of the concerned ships, it is apparent that the outside circle of this Asteroid gravity-well is abnormally huge. In the programming-code, some subroutine concerning the size of gravity-wells must have become corrupt, since the outer cirle is always relatively close to the inner circle during normal play.

I hope this added information makes the bug easier to locate and fix.

For some reason, the TEC Colony ship is not affected by this bug.
