I don't know if anyone else has noticed this and mentioned it yet or not but after you strip a planet twice so it becomes an asteroid field, you are not able to take over the neutral extractors that are then created. This may be intentional but I can't help but think to myself, "why put neutral extractors in the asteroid field in the first place if you can't take them over?"
