How to beat 2 hard AIs on a small map

Seriously, i just tried it as Vasari Loyalists against Advent Rebels and TEC Loyalists on Centrifuge and it was a no go. I have beaten even 3 AIs on bigger maps before, but on a small map, it seems far more difficult, because i am not given time nor space to develop. I have no problem to concentrate myself on constructing ships early, instead of usual colonisation thing, but when they attack me on 2 fronts simultaneously - both with bigger fleets than i have, + put bounty on my head, i simply cant have that many ships to repel them both. In this game all i had except my capital was one asteroid and one volcanic planet, and eventually could not hold either of them.

Start -> Kortul Devestator

 -> 5 Skirmishers

-> Colonization frigate

-> Weapons Lab

-> Assialant reasearch

-> 5-10 Assailants

-> Research 2nd Cap ship

-> Rankulus

-> More Assailants

-> Begin researching for stripped to the core

-> Build Jarrasul

-> Annihilate the Galaxy

Edit: Remember loyalists can get their titan out pretty quickly with stripped.

Remember your starbases.  The Vasari's ability to quickly and cheaply field starbases (when compared to other races) in early game are their saving grace.  Just make sure to use enforced loyalty on the starbases to prevent enemy from bombing planets without destroying the starbase.  Early game 2 levels of weapons upgrages and 1 upgrade of defense should be "way" more than sufficient defend the system until you can get you economy under control.  You could use less upgrades, play around with it to see what works.  Start low and work as required depending on the severity of forces they send at you.  This is especially useful if you're having trouble fielding a decent fleet in early game.  Even if you want to focus on one enemy use the starbase on your other flank to defend while you concentrate your forward forces on the other.
