its mostly just human error in the (just guessing here) string attached to worlds not found

To be honest I don't know why they changed this in the first place. What did it say before? "Unknown Planet"? But more polished grammar would be nice.

Carriers do not carry a single squadron of SC...though the game keeps telling me they do...

To be honest, these sillly string errors do have a little sentimental value to them....

I think there isn't any capitalization because, for example, when a super weapon is being built, it would say something like "A hostile empire is building an experimental weapon on an undiscovered world." If it were capitalized, it would be reading "experimental weapon on An Undiscovered World."

In trinity it was just "?", and would simply read "experimental weapon on ?."

Well it could change betweem them.....for weapons have different string  ...if its undiscovered world use previos one..............
