TEC - Rebels- Refined Emitter Research suggestion

The refined emitter research seems oddly misplaced with the TEC Rebel faction.

It does increase Laserdamage by 5 %.

Their Titan is not using any lasers, it relies purely on the brute power of heavy ballistic weapons. For all other capships Lasers are usually a rather secondary weapon.

My suggestion:

1. Give the research to the TEC Loyalists

2. Change it to 5 % damage increase for the beam weapons. It comes after the beam researches in the tree already.

why?

• Loyalist Titan Beams could use a slight buff.
• Rebel stay in their favoured weapon fields (ballistics according to their titan)
• More Loyalist and Rebel diversification
• Rebels got already increased auto cannon firepower research and rely more heavily on them
• Rebels do already profit from several defense researches that would fit better to TEC Loyalist only. (All Gaus researches under Defense increase their Titans firepower and range)
