Advent Rebel Titan Unyielding Will Fail!!!

OK I have used this titan at least 5 times in single player and i really have seen no use for the ability Unyielding Will. I understand the use but I want to keep my titan ALIVE not lose it could they maybe replace it with a ability that uses the Rebels idea that the unity has been corrupted??

I'm just putting this up here cause i have noticed alot of confusion as to what to do with the ability itself Yur titans destruction is not what a imo player or a single player wants. Any ideas??? I'm putting the ability specs below for reference.

Unyielding Will

Ability User: Eradica Titan
Ability Type: Passive
Target: Self
Antimatter Cost: N/A
Cooldown Time: N/A
Duration: 60
Range: N/A
Effect(s):
  • Invulnerable
  • Ability Cooldown rate: 75% -> 150%
  • Antimatter restore rate: 500% -> 1000%

When the titan's hull is depleted, it will become invulnerable for a short period of time before being destroyed. Ability cooldowns are greatly reduced and antimatter regeneration is massively increased.

:thumbsdown:

Your trying to beat a dead horse that is allready dust at this point.

You obviously don't want your Titan to be destroyed, but with that ability, the guy you're pouding into atomic dust with said Titan doesn't want it to be destroyed either, lest he suffer the punishment tenfold.

Unless your enemy is using bombers...which just happen to be the best thing against titans...

Well I'm thinking they think there was more important things to worry about. If enough of the community didn't like it, I don't think they'd keep it in.

   IMHO The only reason the Titans keep their level is to cover for the ai, once you destroyed the ai's Titan, you would go on a hunt and kill it repeatedly.

  Thus the main selling point for Rebellion would be a non threat.

   Now if you happen to destroy a level 6 Titan, you have that level of a threat still in game. I don't like it this way but......

Then you adapt to this strategy by creating traps along the way, traps that could really hurt their kill fleet.  Your titan retreats, you kill scouts... You counter engame bomber spam with LF spam, in the hundreds.  Watch those carriers pop! :)

Make them come through your territory if they get so crazed to kill your titan 2.0.

Then, if you have them in a trap, you can warp your titan on another side of the well and get all the XP from when their fleet dies.

Your comment only makes sense if you assume that the titan said person will be using is a VL.
