Just one game without a minidump

would be fantastic.  SD you are killing your online community with this.  I paid good money for this game and all its expansions.  Please fix this.

Stop asking for a working product.  Sheesh, who do you think you are?

I expected a response early explaining why I am not helping enough to fix a game that I paid for.  I am the customer.  I do not get paid to develop this game.  As the customer, if they do not develop a game that works I'll just take my money somewhere else next time they come out with a product.

If they want to experience and record a minidump to see what's going on they can just start up their own game, get on ICO and try to play a game.  If they make it through one without a minidump it would be a miracle, and if that happens they can try again.  It won't take long.

Fix your product, Stardock, or us paying customers will become someone else's paying customers.  I think SoaSE is a great game both in concept and in execution, but if bugs make it unplayable online it gets boring very quickly.

Well then do your complaining after the official release. You don't have to join the BETA! if you don't want to deal with mini-dumps.

Exactly. They never give responses.

Desyncs in Multiplayer - Under constant investigation internally. Proving very, very difficult to reproduce and lock down.

it's not even a beta, or a pre-beta.  it's a pre-alpha.

All the old MP girls are burning down.

Maybe we can get new ones. Ones with patience that realize that the devs are doing what they can to help the game instead of wanting immediate fixes  then assuming the devs don't care when it doesn't come in 60 seconds or less.

I can wait even forever for them to fix their game as long as they wont charge for it as for  ready product.

If they cant fix it, it should be for free untill its fixed.  Thats how sucesfull companies develope their games (look wot, mount & blade)

RiddleKing im not breaking down. Its just against myself to pay for alfa products. So if things wont change, im out of here

They charged for beta access, not for a full game... If you take part in the beta, you take a chance with a product that is still being developed. If you would have waited with your purchase, there wouldn't be any risk of buying something you don't want to, i.e. a bugged game full of desynchs and minidumps when playing in online mode.

It too late for a final beta. Im guessing they've released the final game to a select few in the public and internal testers to fix all the bugs thoroughly. e.g Yarlen has the full game and hes playing Brad and Blair when he cans while trying to crash the game. Another scenario is

Chosen testers

AMD systems,

Intel HD Graphics,

Network cards

pings

so many category of tests..

----

However in doing so they have managed to test everyones patience and there not sorry ( this is the part that has you all going rambo on yarlen whenever he pops his head out of the rabbit hole )

totaly opposite. in every word.

I have no problem with beta. I have a problem with beta ending and game beeing in alfa state.

If i would waited with purchase till they release it i woudnt know anything exept official advertisement, so i would buy a pig in a poke.

Ad for 100th time i want this game to be fixed and balanced BEFORE they release it. This task needs time. a lot of time.

Insteed, my guts tells me they will add patch in release day and say its a full version and that will make me again buy a pig in a poke.

I wont do it.

Everyone who yells "it's beta!" does realize that it won't be beta in 7 days, right? Your optimism that this will all be totally fixed by then without another beta release is not very realistic, based on all the betas I've been in.

Ryat I like this game, I really do, and I want SD to succeed.  I know my posts probably come across more snarky than I intend.  But whether or not this is beta, the game is not stable.  Stability should not be an issue a week before final release.

No worries. Guess I get a little annoyed at some of the people who trash this game when the devs are doing what they can to fix the issues that are around but get no respect for it.

Is it not true that the introduction of the vasari opness resulted in more desyncs and minidumps than any game that has gone through a beta?
