When you get a large empire that causes the Empire Overview Window on the left to get a scrollbar, it gets jumpy when selecting individual elements, for example:

Each time i select single ship in my main fleet (or the whole fleet by selecting the flag) the scroll bar will jump to the bottom, removing my main fleet from sight.

This is very annoying when you are in combat and need to make fast actions.

Please improve the handling of this window, make the scrollbar stop jumping and perhaps make it less dominant present (smaller?)
