I was unaware that the vasari loyalists could share their phase networks with a team member that is of a non vasari faction. I thought this was a trait only for the vasari rebels, however my advent team mate was clearly able to use my network. despite me being loyalist.
I believe that if you have a certain pact in the diplomacy section active that you can share phase networks
Well then they need to rework the rebels then, since if they can share phase nodes with a pact why bother researching the shared network techs?
You can't share that pact with everyone whereas the VR can share with everyone with their tech.
The other thing about the pact is that it also grants both factions the ability to phase jump deeper inside the gravity wells, which also makes it worthwhile.
