Have desyncs been fixed?

During the beta, the introduction of desyncs brought this game to a grinding halt for me and my friends. Has this been fixed now? I just can't go back to Diplomacy after playing Rebellion.

We have fixed all of the known desync issues, including one that goes all the way back to the original game. ;)

Which one was that?  Damn nasty little bug hiding out all that time.

Has to do with the way random numbers are generated on different processors. Non-trivial.
