So for the last few months I got excited about rebellion and for some unfathomable reason I was assuming this was actually a true sequel. turns out it's just the same game again but with spanking new corvette ship, titan ships that's actually not that much more powerful than a normal capital ship (just costs an arm and takes an age to build).

and a few more techs thrown in the existing tech tree for good measure. 30 bucks pls! man, that took them this long to make? I'm wtf'ing pretty hard over here, actually.

I'm so glad I was able to try the game out before I wasted 30 euros on it, as trinity I already got (for 7.50 I might add) is 92.50% exactly the same as rebellion. I most certainly ain't paying 30 for the other 7,50%.

EDIT: there is one part I really enjoyed though. after getting bored with my exploratory game EXACTLY as I decided "yeah... this sucks I'm quitting and uninstalling this" the game actually crashed on me. the timing was absolutely incredible. so, yeah. devs certainly did that well.
