Titan build issue

titan only builds up to 25%

I've tried to build a TEC Loyalist Titan and it only builds up to 25% and then stops. Any ideas?

There are multiple stages of research, each permits you to progress an additional 25% on the construction. You need them all to be able to finish it.

yeah one research is not enough. Each research completes 25% of the prototype. Only after finishing all 4 research that you are able to build the titan. Building the titan needs additional resources so it's 4 research steps and 1 building step.
