I was wondering if this fell under the radar or not - previously seeing a thread back in the original Sins game for Locked Starting locations.

As an example I really enjoy the map Whirlwind, and a mate and I seemed to have the starting positions next to one another back in Trinity when we were on the same team.

We just tried playing a game before and we started on opposite sides of the map from one another.

I don't mind the challenge at all, it's just that starting next to one another an becoming an economic powerhouse is awesome.
