Bought rebellion but not showing up on download list

I bought solar empire trinity and downloaded it no problem got a receipt from paypal and stardock. I then purchased rebellion at the lower price because i owned a previous game, the purchase went through on paypal to stardock but i only received an email from paypal as receipt. Logged into stardock to find rebellion still sat in my cart and not in my download list. Anyone else had a problem ?

Because you can only download it through Steam.
