pre-ordered rebellion but can not download

i have pre-ordered sins rebellion put have not see a e-mail or seen it in my gamestop games. I have a steam account and do not see it there either Im soory but i do not have the order number from when i did the pre-order but still the game should be in my steam account gamestop account games or a e-mail sent saying avaible for download. what am i doing wrong

If you preordered directly from us, your Steam key should be listed here. You will need to get that and register it in Steam to download the game there.
