[BUG] Frontal Deflector Shield Doesn't Render

Title says all.

The last time I tried it, I didn't see the big shield. The ability is for the Vasari Star base, by the way.

It doesn't display a big shield like in the ability icon on the Orkulus. Instead you see a yellowlight effect at the front of the starbase (at the 'belly' of the base).

It used to though..  I remember seeing it before but haven't seen it in Rebellion.  It looked so cool...

In Diplomacy it displays the shield. This is a bug.

I have never seen the big shield in Diplomacy or Entrenchment at all. o_O

I remember the first time I saw my orky get attacked by a couple dozen Orgovs with the deflector shield active..  I wish I'd have taken a screenshot...  Beautiful image.
