Map Designer Still Places Planets on Top of One Another

Is there some way to set minimum radius from a planet in which another planet can't be for map designer maps? The functionality is there for player group planets, is there some command that can be manually added to the .galaxy random map script that will enforce minimum distance?

map designer is nothing more than a fancy name for "custom random map"

aka. it has every single flaw the random maps have. which includes the occasional palnet on top of planet issue.

I dont know why the devs refuse to fix the myraid of issues and missing features despite the massive quantity of general unhappyness about em.
