My suggestion is to just make it, if nothing for yourself. 

 

If others use it. great. If not, then no harm no foul.

 

Im sure someone somewhere might use it though.

 

Most of use active on the fourms use Notepad++ or Eclipse. But dont let that stop you from making your own tools. :)

I also wrote my utilities for myself, then cleaned them up a bit and offered them to all.
