reporting a bug in found in the new patch

I don't know if this is where you report bugs in the game or not, if it is I found a bug regarding fleets when jumping into an  enemy system the fleets seem to be more focused on reforming the fleet rather than attacking and it takes manually targeting a ship to get them to attack even when you have your capitol ships bombarding an enemy planet your other ships just sit there while there are enemy's in the system and get shot at, I have only noted this with the Advent Rebels so far but this could be happening to the Vasari and the TEC as well.
