Before you say it - I know that the Kostura knocks 'em out for a little while! However, in my most recent game (as TEC rebels) once the effect has worn off my other structures I'm still not producing any culture. At all. Is there a longer cooldown for the effect on logistics structures vs tactical? Wouldn't appear to be the case as my ship factories all spring back to life as expected. Known bug or weird by design - any thoughts?
