Buying Trinity on Steam.

I have searched but could not seem to find a clear answer to my question, so....

If I buy Trinity on steam will it go on my Stardock account so that I can play it with or without Steam?

I prefer to use Stardock but I have money on Steam, so to be able to buy from Steam yet have it on Stardock would be perfect.  ^_^

Trinity does not use Steamworks and as such doesn't require Steam to be running in order to play, even if you buy it from Steam. And it'll be added to your Stardock account either way upon activation.
