404 Pages I have come to love…

Everyone hates a 404 message:  The client was able to communicate with the server, but the server couldn’t find the requested page. It’s an Internet standard.

Which one of us likes “standard”?  Standard=Vanilla. We wouldn’t be on WC if “standard” was good enough.

So… here are some funny and imaginative 404 pages which take a bit of the ‘sad’ out of the “It ain’t here, bud.”

Anyway, these at least can make you smile (I hope) … and in this awful weather, that’s at least something. I love the one with the 1940’s styled one and the second one because it reminds me of a certain Master Skinner’s avatar and the pleasure I get from his skins.

Makes me feel guilty. I don't even think I HAVE 404 pages (or any of the others) on my server space. I wonder if there is someplace one can get some cute premades for their own sites.

Thanks Doc. This is funny stuff and now # 2 on my list. Thought it may make #1 but the one of the last pics of redneckdude is still my #1. Sad isn't it as it was a real pic and to see something that bizarre looking.
