I don't speak French, but I think I can translate this one close enough: "Is this a correct part of the forums? If not, my [English?] grammar is poor, unless there are people who can speak in French". It's more about context.
Sorry. I don't speak languages from obscure Eastern European countries. Since I'm American, I automatically assume everyone else will speak english for my benefit. And trying actually does something once in a while. Yes, I know that statement was a troll.
That's rather a poor stance. People shouldn't speak for your benefit (or anyone else's), but for their own. They should speak (attempt to communicate) in order to understand one another (communicate with one another). Otherwise there is no point in opening mouth at all.
I'm an American. Any country that doesn't share my language is obscure by default, unless it's China, Russia, or Mexico.
It only speaks for you and for others who are like you.
