WTF? Advent Titan invincible

So far I am not impressed with rebellion. Fighting Advent titan with my fleet and titan and fully upgraded starbase. Wiped out their fleet, and got their titan down to 145 hit points.  Then suddenly the gosh darn thing goes blue, and Im not able to kill it. It stays blue, then I cant hit the gosh darn thing and it heals. All the while its killing my starbase and titan. This thing is invincible, cheap, overpowered, cheating, you name it.

Don't get mad for not knowing what you're up against. When it turns blue you already won, just get the heck out of there. After 4 minutes the titan will die, even if it looks like its HP is going up its doomed. Don't give it the opportunity to take out your fleet.

I like these people who assume they can win through raw firepower without having to actually know how to play the game and then they run into something that can't be overcome by simple firepower and requires just a slight amount of know-how to defeat.

Then they cry because they couldn't just steamroll to victory.

And another noob who complains because he doesn't understand how the game works and doesn't care to actually learn..  #:(

Unyielding Will (the ability in question) drastically improves the combat power of the Eradica once you kill it.  Basically, you get its health to zero, it throws a tantrum for a few minutes, and then dies.  The solution to that ability is literally to just leave.  It is actually one of the least useful titan ultimates in the game for a number of reasons.

Please try to actually learn what's going on before coming to rant on the forums.  If you can't address something, obviously it must be overpowered and it isn't at all possible that you don't yet know what you're doing.

Bad.

"Hey guys, I'm new here and umm..  What's with the Advent titan making itself invincible?  I can't figure out how to kill it.  Any advice?"

Good.

What about a picture of Volts Emoticons?

@OP: For future reference go to the SINS wiki if you need to know something. I tend to keep it up to date and am currently working on updating alot of the old info to it.

I don't think a picture of words counts. Something could be said for Volt's profile pic though.

A little context, then a question.  So I've had the fortune of finding and besting the level 10 advent titan.   it involved a lengthy chase around the star system as the scared child ran away... I was persistent in the chase because I wanted to get my titan leveled up, and the 2500 xp or so from Mr. Advent was worth it.  So I chased him down and got the xp...  Herein lies my question.  I wasn't paying attention because of either the excitement of frustration of moving from planet to planet, but i don't remember exactly when I received the XP.  Is it at the point that I turn him blue (since he inevitably is beaten) or is it when he does finally die?  It's just a curiosity.  thanks

I think it has to be when it finally blows up, so yes you might want to keep caps and titans on the edge of the gravity well if you can. Frigates though have no reason to stick around.

That might make it wise to retreat your invulnerable Eradica.... no need to give the enemy that much XP unless you can really really make him pay for it.

and just think, in a short while the enemy will buy another and you'll have to do it all over again.

Thats the Titan's ulti, and u can counter it easily by running away. It self destructs after a while.
