Galaxy Forge for Rebellion

I've found the folder GalaxyForge in My Games/Ironclad Games/Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion but when I try to install the GalaxyForge 3 program from soase website the game crashes as soon as I switch to the Galaxy Forge maps list - any help?! I've read a few things saying Galaxy Forge is in 'Steam Apps' but I can't seem to find that folder either!

If it helps this is the error I get.

GalaxyForge3 doesn't work with Rebellion. There is a Galaxy Forge found in the same file that you would find the .exe for Rebellion.
