Did I break the Kustora or...?

Did they remove the phase node creation part of it and not edit the desc.?

I've tried a few times now to actually jump to the planet after it was hit, with no success (no "phase node" green text on planet desc. ships attempt to travel as normal through  half a dozen planets).

Am at a loss.

You have to build a Phase Node at the PLANET where you want to Phase Node.

 

Your Fleet is at Planet A. You build a Phase Node there. You shoot the Kostura to Planet B and you travel.

 

What you did was: You didnt build any Phase Node structures. So Planet A has no Phase No....... You get the point :).

No shit, the phase node was right there, next to the Kostura in the gravity well.
