ok, please forgive me for what seems a topic thats covered a lot on different forums, BUT I can't fix it.

Can someone please advise an up to date fix for the default font in Sins Of  solar Empire - rebellion....its awful. god only knows why the game's makers think its good....

I've tried installing the "Xiskio's" mod to change it, but it doesn't work..>The mod appears to be enabled but the font doesn't change. I think ive followed the instructions properly and checked that windows had the required Segoe UI font installed first.

Does anyone know any other way of fixing the font?  its bad enough that I don't want to play the game until its fixed
